Global interim management provider IXPA has expanded its international network with the appointment of a new partner in Czechia and Slovakia.
Dr Ivan Oliva has extensive experience providing senior leaders and executive Interim managers to global organisations.
He founded Avilo Ltd in 1994, which specialises in strategic management and interim projects and provides support for restructuring and revitalisation, crisis and interim management, mergers and acquisitions and integration and consolidation.

Dr Oliva said he was looking forward to working on more cross-border projects as part of IXPA.
“I look forward to getting to know my new colleagues worldwide and gaining a better understanding of how they support businesses in their regions,” he said.
“Being part of IXPA will bring huge benefits to my clients who now have access to expertise in 21 countries which will add real value, particularly for organisations that have global operations,” he added.
Harald Wachenfeld, acting speaker of IXPA and partner in Germany, said Ivan’s involvement would increase the capabilities of the partnership, which operates across four continents, especially in Central East Europe CEE.
“Ivan has tremendous experience of delivering successful strategic projects across different sectors, particularly the pharmaceutical industry,” he said.
“We are looking forward to working with him and exploring the potential for collaborative projects between our growing alliance of highly experienced partners.”
