Interim Management Solutions (IMS) is part of the Gemini Personnel Group comprising of offices in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Thailand.

The group covers China from its country headquarters in Shanghai with branch offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Zhengzhou.

Tomas Kucera is the General Manager of J.M. Gemini Personnel and IMS in China, and leads IXPA’s Interim Management practice in the region.

Tomas has over 10 years’ experience in China, has worked for number of leading enterprises in the HR industry and is well connected within the business community. He is also Executive Director of Czech Chamber in Shanghai as well as on the board of directors of Rotary of Shanghai Club (RCS).

In recent years China team has supported our clients on a number of Interim Management assignments, including site relocation, emergency gap-fill assignments, organizational restructuring and internationalization projects.

Tomas is on the ground in China, speaks fluent Mandarin and is able to advise on the latest market developments, as well as has access to a large network of experienced Interim Managers operating within the country.
