IMS Interim Management Solutions

Founded in 1996, IMS Interim Management Solutions offers cross-sector and cross-functional services in executive interim management throughout Germany and abroad. IMS is located in the centre of Germany, near Bonn.

IMS provides clients with first and second-level managers (interim executives) and specialists (interim experts). Since its foundation, IMS has fulfilled hundreds of projects in all lines of businesses, in all functions, and in small, medium and large companies –always with a dedicated focus on executive assignments.

The guiding principle of IMS is to quickly respond at short notice without compromising skill, professionalism and quality.

Harald Wachenfeld graduated with a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in business administration from the universities of Cologne and Frankfurt am Main. His line career spans more than 20 years, initially as sales & marketing manager and progressing to country managing director and SVP Europe in the branded consumer goods, IT and telecommunications sectors (including with adidas, Sony, Black & Decker, Lego, and Deutsche Telekom).

IMS is a member of AIMP, the Association of Interim Management Providers for the German speaking countries in Europe.
